At Deriva we hope that you love our coffee and gear but if there’s any reason you are not happy please drop as an email, we are here to help you.

Coffee:

We roast coffee every week, and we sell it fresh, with a small window to drink. Our coffee is a perishable product, due to this we do not accept returns on coffee beans.  

We want you to drink our product with a smile so please contact us in the event you are not satisfied, so we can help you find a solution. We handle every return case by case.

Equipment, gear and merchandising:

Please let us know before 30 days if you wish to return or exchange any brew gear or equipment. Every return must not be used, with all content included in its original packaging. If there is any issue after 30 days of purchase, please contact the manufacturer.

Shipping

All orders will be shipped within 2 days of purchase. We use 1st class delivery. and offer the option to track delivery with signature required.
